5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service:

Contact us within 48 hours
Provide photos or a description of the issue

We will return to re-clean or address the concern when reasonable and within the scope of the original service.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated:

Payment is due upon completion of service.
We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods.
Commercial clients may be eligible for Net-15 or Net-30 terms if pre-approved.

Failure to pay may result in additional fees or use of a third-party collection service.

7. Limited Liability

Reagan ProWashing is insured and takes care to protect your property. However, we are not liable for:

Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions;
Structural failure due to aging or deteriorated materials;
Damage caused by customer negligence, undisclosed hazards, or unsafe conditions;
